DISPOSAL OF EXCESS AND OBSOLETE RACING MATERIALS

Confirming Tuesday’ 09 discussion with Jim Bonnington and Frank Skupin, the routine to
be followed in disposing o excess, or obsolete materials located at the Huntsville
Racing Operation w is:

1. All materials available for disposal should be listed on Disposal
Release Non-Ferrous and/or Other Scrap, Form #84-800-9279.

If you have a potential customer for a particular batch of
materials, it would be advisable to list that batch on a sepa-
;rate release form and note any pertinent information regarding
the potential customer. . -

The origina L_. releases should be sent to Frank Skupin, Corpora £
Purchasing, Box 2866, Detroit, Michigan 48231. •

An information copy of each release should CT C D w ent to Bill
Poppenger.

The release will constitut (D C D uthorit.y for Corporat By-Products to
dispose O u-i the materials in the best interests of the Corporation.
Corporate By-Products will provide shipping instructions to the
Huntsville Operation and concurrently will provide the Accounting
Department with billing information. In urgent situations telephone
arrangements can be made with Frank Skupin and confirmed later.

All shipments to customers'
Invoice/Shippers must bear reference to y-Products Relea r.3 o numbers
furnished by Frank Skupin. (We will rovide Bill Wright with blank
forms and instructions for their accountability and use.

Alabama State Sales Tax (4%) and Huntsville City Sales Tax (27O) should
be added to the established selling prices nd collected from the
customers.
