4. The test course shall be approved by Lawson Jarrel of the
Street Department of the City of Huntsville.
5. It is agreed that the City of Hunt sville make no representations
as to the adequacy of the property- for any use whatever.
6. A certificate of insurance naming the City of Huntsville as
insured with limits of $100,000 to $300,000 must be furnished
prior to use of the facility.
You may be assured of the City's complete cooperation in this
matter.
