All services to be provided by the proposed facility would be subjected

to a comprehensive quality control program that would ensure optimum quality per­

formance in all business done by the facility.

Each facet of the proposed facility, its location and capabilities will be

covered in detail in later portions of this proposal.

Factors Bearing Upon Selection of Location

Huntsville was selected as the site for the proposed facility because of

its central location in the Southeastern area. This provides an ideal location

from which to provide services to the National Auto Races.

This location would also provide a central point to service many other

types of special installations in the Southeast providing close liaison at low

cost for various race tracks as already mentioned.

An additional factor in selection of the Huntsville site as the proposed

installation is an increasing interest among the racing contendants in the Southern

area. In considering the Huntsville location the central location is naturally

a prime factor in the final decision. Another factor is the proposed operation

is particularly advantages because of the fact that there is no such facilities

of this type in the Southeast.
