2.      Model Design:


                                      Existing models will be analyzed to determine the

                       3. Test Phase:

                                      The objective of the test phase is to perform scale


                model or full scale testing on basic styling configurations and-m^ke

                 ubtl o  tyling changes during or between test runs to gathe              u  omparative


                test data on primary aerodynamic performance.

                                      Model configurations will be varied by changing external


                 n  omponents (internal in the case of cooling systems) and varying test con­

                ditions to determine the optimum aerodynamic configuration with a given

                basic styling design.


                       4. Report:


                                      The objective of the report will be to define test con­

                figurations and note aerodynamic performance differences in a simplified


                manner for use by non-technical/per sonnel.

                                      The   ep rt will be organized to illustrate in simplified
                                               o
                artists concept sketches the test results on various vehicle configurations.
