                                                  BROMINEX 9113


                         Brominex 9113 is a bromine containing prepolymer designed
                 to give permanent, non-burning characteristics to a variety of
                 urethane systems. It is recommended for use in semi-rigid urethane
                 applications including foams, coatings, adhesives and potting compounds.
                 It exhibits excellent electrical properties, as well as good hydrolytic
                 stability.

                         Appearance - Light, clear amber liquid
                         Viscosity - 51,000 cp. @ 25° C.
                         Available Isocyanate (NCO) - 13.17O
                         Bromine - 18.7a
                          Specific Gravity Cd 25° C. - 1.296

                 Handling and Storage

                          Storage life of up to six months can be anticipated if
                 Brominex 9113 is kept unopened in its original shipping container.
                 Opened containers should be flushed with dry nitrogen before closing
                 in order to maintain maximum shelf life. Exposure to direct light
                 will cause gradual darkening. The quality of Brominex 9113 is not
                 affected by this discoloration.
