                    This tunnel may be built for engine cooling systems and/or

                    under hood and body temperature acquisition and/or aerodynamic

                    testing. The tunnel may consist of a singl                      D  C  return passage

                    complete with fan and two test sections, one as Concept "A"

                    and the other         L U    co  Concept  CD  Only one test section would be

                    operable at any one time.



                    NOTE:     It should be recognized            that within      the scope of these
                              three concepts othe         u  (U  ternates may be feasible.




                    Final Engineering Requirements


                    After one of these concepts is selected by Chrysler Corporation,
                    the design and construction of the Wind Tunnel and supporting


                    facilities at the Chelsea Proving Grounds, Chelsea, Michigan

                    for Chrysler Corporation shall entail the following tasks:


                          Provide technical consultation and studies of Wind Tunnel

                          equipment, loads, environmental control, design, construc­

                          tion and overall detail planning as required during the

                          design phase of the project.



                    b) Design, prepare bid documents and drawings for new Wind

                          Tunnel including all architectural, mechanical and "elec­

                          trical work and services.
